This applies to orders placed on emiono.com only - beware of scammers impersonating us.

First step: Contact us within 30 days with photos of damage or defect.

Return everything that came with your order as you received it - this is necessary to process your refund.

Refund or Replacement?

Your choice:

• Full refund to your original payment method, or
• Free replacement sent to you

Return Shipping

You'll need to arrange and cover return shipping using your preferred carrier.

Please keep your tracking number - it protects you if anything goes missing in transit. We can't be held responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.

For high-value returns, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for peace of mind.

How Long Until I Get My Refund?

Refunds are issued within 1-3 business days after we receive your return.

Credited to your original payment method and billing name.

What If My Return Doesn't Meet Requirements?

In this case, we'll have to ship it back to you at your expense. If you're unsure about anything before sending it back, contact us first - we will figure it out together. We want you to enjoy your experience at Emiono and will do our best to help you.
